Chinggis's Wall Road
In the territory of Mongolia, there are monuments named “Wall of Chinggis Khan,” and “Chinggis's Wall”. One of these is an earthen wall that continues in sections starting from the west side of the old center of Bayan-Adarga soum of Khentii Province, passing through places such as Khermiin Khudag in the territory of Bayandun soum of Dornod Province, and through the territories of Tsagaan-Ovoo, Sergelen, and Gurvanzagal soums until it enters the territory of the PRC. The length of this wall is 500-600 km, and there are many small square earthen walls of 40x50 m on the right side of the wall that look as if guards and soldiers used to sit there. Researchers believe that such Chinggis's wall roads found here and there might have been the border of some foreign tribe in ancient times.
